Meet Linda Bryant

Fit Me Please - Linda Bryant

Linda is a health and wellness coach certified in nutrition from the national academy of sports medicine. She is also a personal trainer who helps her clients achieve their goals through HIIT workouts and strength training. She has been studying immunity-building techniques and weight loss methods through fitness and mindfulness for over ten years.


Linda has a passion for helping others change their lives through food and exercise. At a young age, Linda watched her father succumb to the horrible disease of multiple sclerosis and believed we should never take our bodies for granted. She struggles with IBS and digestive disorders, which she manages exclusively through healthy eating. These circumstances showed her how important it is to move our bodies and how much food can impact our well-being. 


Linda wants to help her clients build health in all aspects of their life to minimize disease, improve energy, and increase happiness. She believes that changing small things can make a huge difference!

Meet Nanci Roman

Fit Me Please - Linda Bryant

Nanci is a health and wellness coach who has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She holds certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, TRX training, sports nutrition, and psychology and nutrition. She studied at the international sports science association and national academy of sports medicine.   


Nanci has a passion for helping others improve the quality of their lives. She believes in building self-esteem and self-confidence through fitness and nutrition. As a teenager, Nanci battled an eating disorder, and through her recovery, she discovered how to balance food and exercise to form a healthy lifestyle. It is now her mission to show others how to achieve health and wellness in a practical way.


She believes that there are no quick fixes and emphasizes the importance of small daily changes that have amazing results.
