Macronutrients or "macros" are our bodies source of calories and nutrients. There are three main types of macros in food : proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Each macro provides different health and nutritional benefits. We will personalize your macro calculation to help you build a strong body and determine the number of calories your body truly needs.

BACK TO BASICS - This 4-week program creates a healthy foundation by introducing basic habits such as getting sufficient daily steps, hydration, sleep and movement. Each week focuses on forming one new habit, and your coaches will be there to guide and motivate you each step of the way.
RECLAIM YOUR LIFE - This 12-week program allows you to experience how nutrition and exercise can change your life. During this time, Linda and Nanci will guide you through personalized changes to your food choices and daily movement to achieve your goals. Services include nutrition logging, meal prepping advice, grocery shopping lists, macro calculation for flexible nutrition, workouts for all fitness levels, and weekly one on one coaching.
RAISING THE BAR - This advanced 6-week program allows you to continue your health and wellness journey while challenging yourself with new workouts and nutrition goals. 15 Minute one on one coaching is available and group motivation.
