Heather's Story

In May of 2020 I had finally hit rock bottom. I was at the heaviest I have ever been, unmotivated and feeling simply awful. I had spent years prior yo-yo dieting and tried just about every workout program imaginable with no real results. In 2018 my Mom passed and I gave up on myself, believing I was destined to be heavy and out of shape forever. In July of 2020 I was introduced to Linda and Nanci's FitMePlease programs and it along with their incredible guidance and motivation it changed my life. I have learned how to fuel my body for weight loss all while using their strength training program to build lean muscle and shed more fat. FitMePlease allowed me not to deprive myself of the things I love to eat. This program has given me so many tools to make these changes permanently and now I know I can live my life and be healthy all at the same time. 


Mary Kay's Story

The Back to Basics Challenge was a much needed kick in the bum. Mentally I knew I needed to make changes to create a healthier lifestyle but I couldn’t find the motivation. Nanci and Linda's positive reinforcement and encouragement helped me get going. The challenge is with yourself , but you also work in a group which provides great support to one another. I no longer find excuses to skip a walk or a workout. I've also made adjustments to my nutrition to live healthier. I'm so happy I made the decision to take part in this challenge. After the four week Back to Basic challenge I was ready to move on to the 12 week challenge. I feel great and see physical results. Best decision I made in 2021 was to deciding I am worth it . My Journey started when Nanci and Linda launched the four week Back to Basics challenge at my work as part of a Wellness Program. They now host two weekly workouts in my office building. My colleagues have been excited by the changes they are seeing too. Thank you Nanci and Linda !!!!!


Cindy's Story

When my daughter passed away in February of 2017 I did not care about myself anymore and gained weight, everything felt out of control . In November of 2019 I had hit rock bottom and this is when my journey began with Nanci and Linda. I started working with them in mid November of 2019 and never stopped. They helped me get my nutrition on track and motivated me to workout. I did the 12 week challenge which taught me how to eat nutritious food and introduced me to the 80/20 rule . Through macro calculation I learned how to eat the foods I loved while losing weight. . I lost 15LB and felt better about myself and felt healthy again.  I have been working out consistently for almost two years, Nanci and Linda have been by my side every step of the way. I have also done the Back to Basics challenge and I am now participating in the Six week challenge. FitMePlease is not a quick fix or diet, it is a journey into health and wellness and provides you with the tools to be successful. Although I still have a long way to go, I now know I am worth it and I could not of done it without Nanci and Linda by my side to motivate and push me to the next level. Thank you girls!!!!!


Diane's Story

I did the Four Week Back to Basic Challenge and loved incorporating new healthy habits each week. These weekly changes gave me time to adjust and stay focus. I felt great and saw difference in the four weeks. I felt better about myself and stronger in such a short period of time. I could not believe just following the four habit changes could make such a huge difference on how I felt. Linda and Nanci are so motivating and working with a group helped keep me on track. I went right into the 12 week Challenge and have never looked back. I continue to work with Linda and Nanci and feel great. Their workouts are awesome and I am building lean muscle and feel stronger each day.
